A Bachelor Degree with major course work in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, nursing, education, criminal justice, or a related field is required for all case management positions, and new employees must provide an Act 33,34 Clearance and pass a state police background check with no significant adverse results. A valid New Jersey driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is also required, as daily regional travel will usually be required.
