Service Access and Management Inc operates four distinct tenant-based rental assistance housing programs.
- HealthChoices Reinvestment Housing Program provides for Security Deposit and First Month's Rent payments and a temporary rental assistance payment for up to a total of twenty-three (23) months – for an overall period of assistance of two (2) years
Homelessness Prevention and Rapid ReHousing Program provides for Security Deposit and First Month's Rent payments and a very short-term, temporary rental assistance payment for up to a total of eighteen (18) months (although the average total period of assistance is three (3) months)
Fast Track- provides for Security Deposit and First Month's Rent payments and a temporary rental assistance payment for up to a total of eleven (11) months – for an overall period of assistance of one (1) year
Shelter Plus Care- participants receive a Housing Choice Voucher from the Reading Housing Authority which provides for rental assistance. This program is operated in conjunction with the Berks County MH/MR Program and the Reading Housing Authority; participants must actively engage in case management and treatment services while receiving the housing assistance

Each of these programs may be closed to new applications during certain times due to the existence of a waiting list and/or the availability of funding.
