- SAM’s Blood Pressure Monitoring Grant Program was initiated in June 2025 serving 3 Counties. The program will be expanding to 9 additional Counties in 2026! A SAM Wellness Nurse assists individuals in goals of reducing blood pressure!
- SAM’s newest Welcome Center is open! The new Welcome Center is located at 195 Airport Road, Suite 101-A, Selinsgrove, PA 17870. We are excited to expand our footprint in Northumberland County.
Improve Service Quality
- The National Association for Dually Diagnosed has certified 25 SAM staff. An additional 7 SAM staff are being certified in April 2026.
Prepare for a Long Future
- State verifications have been conducted in 4 Counties for SAM services of Early Intervention Service Coordination resulting in successful completion and results.
- SAM Mental Health Blended Case Management Services have undergone 4 State audits which resulted in continued approval to provide services with no citations in any of the 4 locations.
- SAM Early Intervention Services and SAM Mental Health Blended Case Management Services have received a 100% satisfaction rate from individuals and families for the third quarter in a row. The period of July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 survey responses indicate that individuals and families are 100% satisfied with the services provided.
