- During the period of October 2025 to December 2025, SAM was fortunate to rehire 6 individuals. SAM and the individuals and families benefit greatly from rehiring employees with less training time, a committed and familiar addition to SAM and boosted overall SAM morale!
Grow
- SAM Children and Youth Services are now in Northumberland and Wayne Counties. SAM provides Children and Youth Services in 5 Counties in Pennsylvania.
- SAM Mental Health Tobacco Cessation services are now provided in Schuylkill, Berks, Clearfield, and Jefferson Counties. SAM provides Mental Health Tobacco Cessation services in 12 Counties in Pennsylvania.
- SAM IDD Supports Coordination services are now provided in Bradford and McKean Counties. SAM provides IDD Supports Coordination services in 29 Counties in Pennsylvania and 8 Counties in New Jersey.
Improve Service Quality
- SAM successfully applied for reaccreditation with the National Committee for Quality Assurance. SAM proudly holds three national accreditations: Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, National Association of Dually Diagnosed, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Long Future
- Experience with SAM Survey results from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, indicate SAM achieved 100% satisfaction from individuals and families served in the Mental Health, Early Intervention, IDD/Supports Coordination, County Programs, and Community Wellness services.
